lane changes

Lane Changes

Staff who are intending to change lanes should follow the steps outlined below.
 (Please refer to the teacher's contract for further clarification)

Step 1:A Letter of Intent Form (see link below) must be submitted the fiscal year prior to your lane change(s). Currently, all Letters of Intent for FY21 lane changes were due in Central Office by FEBRUARY 15, 2020. (ie: Lane change(s) scheduled for either Sept 2021 and/or March 2022.)

Once you have submitted your Letter of Intent:

Step 2:
 A Salary Placement Form (see link below) AND Original/Official Transcripts supporting the 15 credits listed on your form, must be submitted by the following dates:

For a September Lane Change:  August 15th 

For March Lane Change: February 15th 





Current FY21 Lane Change deadline dates 


August 15, 2020
September 2020 Lane Change (FY21): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND Original Transcripts supporting the list on the form are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 8/15/20.

February 15, 2021
March 2021 Lane Change (FY21): Your Signed Salary Placement Form AND Original Transcripts supporting the list on the form are due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 2/15/21.


Current FY22 Lane Change deadline dates 

February 15, 2021
Your Letter of Intent Form to change lanes in FY22 (on either Sept 2021 and/or March 2022) is due to Central Office, Attn: Dyana Bogdan by 2/15/21. (see form below)
